These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the STRIV Global website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site provides general information about STRIV Global (“STRIV”, “we”, “us”), our capabilities, and ways to contact us. Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only.
2. No professional advice
Content on the Site does not constitute professional, legal, financial, security, medical, or other advice. You should not rely on the Site as a substitute for advice tailored to your situation. Any reliance is at your own risk.
3. Eligibility and acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it. You will not:

4. Submissions and “Ask Stark
If the Site includes forms, chat, or an “Ask Stark feature, you are responsible for what you submit. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or client-proprietary information through the Site unless STRIV has explicitly provided a secure channel and confirmed it is appropriate.
You grant STRIV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use your submissions to respond to you and to operate, maintain, and improve the Site. We may retain submissions as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, designs, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other materials, are owned by STRIV or licensed to STRIV and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view the Site for your internal business evaluation purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites or services. STRIV does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, STRIV disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, STRIV will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, STRIV’s total liability for claims relating to the Site will not exceed AED 1,000 (or the minimum amount required by applicable law, if higher).
9. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless STRIV from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of unlawful or infringing content.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the Site, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if needed to protect the Site, users, or STRIV. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
11. Engagements, proposals, and contracts
Any services provided by STRIV are subject to a separate written agreement (for example, a Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, or other signed contract). Nothing on the Site creates a binding offer, commitment, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
12. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read it.
13. Changes to the Site or Terms
We may change the Site or update these Terms at any time. We will update the effective date above. Your continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Export controls and sanctions
You may not use the Site in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws and regulations.
15. Force majeure
STRIV is not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including internet outages, system failures, acts of government, labor disputes, or force majeure events.
16. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
17. Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without STRIV’s prior written consent. STRIV may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
18. Entire agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and STRIV regarding your use of the Site and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding the Site.
19. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in the Emirate where STRIV is registered, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Courts of that Emirate will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
