AI Use and Transparency

This policy explains how STRIV Global (“STRIV”, “we”, “us”) uses AI in experiences on this website, including Ask Stark, and the safeguards we apply to promote transparency, quality, and responsible use.
1. Where AI is used
- Ask Stark: an AI-assisted experience intended to help qualify inquiries, answer high-level questions, and recommend next steps.
- Operational support: we may use AI to help draft summaries of inquiries, categorize requests, or improve routing and response quality (with human review where appropriate).
2. What AI is not
- Ask Stark is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, security, medical, or otherwise).
- Ask Stark does not make binding commitments on behalf of STRIV.
3. Accuracy and verification
AI outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You are responsible for validating important information before relying on it, especially where decisions have legal, financial, security, or operational impact.
4. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information
Do not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or client-proprietary information via chat or website forms unless STRIV has explicitly provided a secure channel and confirmed it is appropriate. If you need to share sensitive information, contact us at contact@strivglobal.com to coordinate a secure method.
5. Human oversight
Ask Stark responses are generated automatically. STRIV may apply monitoring, moderation, and human review for quality and safety, and to respond to inquiries appropriately. Final advice, proposals, and delivery commitments (if any) are provided through a separate human-led engagement process and a signed agreement.
6. Data handling and retention
We may store chat conversations and related metadata to operate the experience, address inquiries, improve service quality, and maintain security. Retention is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
7. Model training
We do not use your Ask Stark inputs to train public AI models without explicit permission. We may use conversations to improve STRIV’s internal prompts, workflows, and quality controls, and for analytics and service improvement, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
8. Security and abuse prevention
We may implement controls to detect misuse (for example: spam, malicious prompts, automated abuse, or attempts to extract restricted information), and we may block or restrict access where needed to protect STRIV and users.
